At ByteStore.in®, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in original condition – unused, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
• You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

If your return is approved, we will send you:

• A return shipping label
• Instructions on how and where to send your package

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Custom-built or personalized products
• Opened or used software, CDs/DVDs

🚚 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at gethelp@bytestore.in if:

• Your item is defective or damaged (unboxing video must ✅ – photos will not be accepted ❌)
• You receive the wrong product (unboxing video must ✅ – photos will not be accepted ❌)

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer any exchanges.

❌ Order Cancellations

• Within 24 hours – same day of purchase – 100% refund
• Within 2–3 days – 80% refund (20% cancellation fee)
• Within 4–5 days – 70% refund (30% cancellation fee)

Orders cannot be cancelled after 5 days of placement.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
